The Centered Self
Return to Your Center | Grow From Within
Welcome,
I’m So glad you’re here.
If you’re someone who has a hard time saying no, overthinks everything, or feels responsible for keeping everyone else happy, you’re in the right place.
You know you’re safe. You know you’re capable. You know you want something to be different. And yet, some part of you still feels stuck—your body takes over before you even have a chance to respond. You find yourself overthinking situations you wish you could let go of, seeking reassurance even when you already know the answer, or repeating patterns you’ve worked hard to understand but can’t seem to change. It can feel frustrating when your mind understands something, but your body hasn’t quite caught up.
Sometimes your mind knows you’re safe, but your body continues to react as if it isn’t. I support people who struggle with perfectionism, chronic self-doubt, overthinking, and difficulty trusting themselves. Together, we explore the deeper patterns that shaped the way you relate to yourself and the world, while also paying attention to how those experiences live within your body.
My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and grounded in nervous system awareness. That means I blend elements from psychodynamic theory, CBT, ACT, IFS, and Brainspotting- but I’ll always tailor care to you.
Together, we'll explore the root of your issues so you can develop practical tools to help you quiet the constant mental noise, stop relying on external validation, reconnect with your needs, communicate more openly, set boundaries without guilt, and begin making choices that align with the life you want to live. No pressure to have it all figured out, just a space where you can show up as you are.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you feel more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself.
If you’re ready to stop overextending yourself and start showing up authentically, I’d love to help.
“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” - Carl Rogers
Why “The Centered Self”
Being centered doesn't mean having it all figured out. It doesn't mean never feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain. It’s about a grounded connection to yourself—a place where your values, needs, emotions, and inner wisdom can be met.
Life can sometimes pull us away from that center. We may find ourselves people-pleasing, overthinking, disconnecting from ourselves, or losing sight of what we truly need. The Centered Self is rooted in the belief that healing is a process of returning to oneself. Cultivating awareness, compassion, self-trust, and the capacity to respond to life from a place of greater intention rather than survival.
This is a space where you can slow down, become curious, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are waiting to feel seen. From that place of centeredness, meaningful growth and lasting change become possible.
Feel Seen. Feel Heard. Find Healing.
I know the courage it takes to start this process, I don't take that lightly. This is your journey, your pace, and your transformation. My role isn't to push you toward change before you're ready, but to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion.
It’s time to put yourself first - you were never meant to handle this all on your own.
Healing Begins with feeling understood
